Fixed Deposits are currently offered for a period of one year or a maximum of three years to individuals and companies.

Interest rates are guided by the Central Bank of Barbados. However, we maintain highly competitive rates and invite you to contact us for a quotation on our current rates. An additional 0.25% is also paid above the quoted rates to individuals 60 years and over.

A government withholding tax is deducted on all interest earned at a rate (currently) of 12.5%.

This tax is exempted to:

*Individuals sixty years and over who are in receipt of a Pension
Or
*Non Profit Organizations, Statutory Corporations and Credit Unions who provide supporting evidence that they are not subject to withholding tax.

Interest payments can be forwarded directly to you or your bank account on a monthly, quarterly, semi annual or annual basis, or if you prefer we can capitalize your interest and renew your deposit for a further term at maturity.
